About the Role :
Join Seerist’s new Technical Solutions team! As one of Seerist’s Solutions Consultant, you will be one of the most important members of the Go-To-Market team, supporting the sales cycle, acting as a trusted partner to the Success team, and engaging both prospective and existing clients.
A key component of this role is tailoring Seerist’s solutions to clients’ goals, including technical integration into existing and future workflows, and crafting strategies to support enduring client relationships.
You will manage tactical execution of Seerist’s use cases while delivering a compelling and comprehensive solution.
Responsibilities :
- Delivery of exceptional customer experience throughout the life cycle of clients’ relationship with Seerist and our offerings.
- Provide high-quality, value-based demonstrations, trials and engagements that align with core use cases to drive adoption and growth.
- Define and deliver processes for driving and maintaining engagement across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Sales, Success, Marketing and Product teams.
- Collaborate with all GTM partners within the Seerist organization.
- Deliver training and enablement presentations to clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Standardize processes within GTM teams.
- Assist in closing strategic, complex and / or large sales opportunities by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of and resolving questions regarding Seerist’s offerings.
Required Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering or a related GTM team with at least 4 years of hands-on technical experience at a SaaS company or with a SaaS product.
- Experience in Enterprise or Corporate Security SaaS platforms.
- Comfortable presenting to individuals or teams from technical staff though C-suite.
- Exceptional written language skills.
- Deep understanding of the Corporate Security, National Security (including US DOD and / or International Defense) and / or OSINT use cases.
- Sales and / or Customer Success Experience preferred.
- API technical integration and / or ESRI Feature Services implementation and design preferred.
