The Impact You’ll Make
As a Project Manager focused on integrated capacity planning (long-term forecasting) you will collaborate with Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain Commodity Managers, and the global factories scheduling teams to coordinate supply constraint-based planning to enable Lam to meet our customer manufacturing and spares demands.
What You’ll Do
- You will drive formal process improvements and data-driven solutions to enable efficiency and effectiveness in the long-term forecasting process.
- This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain and works cross functionally with teams in Supply Chain (supplier capacity), Sales Operations, Manufacturing (factory capacity) and Order Fulfilment.
- Enables capacity plans by commodity (output magnitude and flexibility up / down) to ensure constraints and growth objectives are identified and executed.
Who We’re Looking For
- B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, or related disciplines.
- Eight (8) years of experience working in Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, and / or Spares Planning.
- Demonstrated competence of how Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, and Spares work together.
- Experience driving cross-functional accountability as a program manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must effectively convey messages to small and large audiences in team meetings and presentations.
- Proficiency using Excel, PowerBI and / or other data analytics tools.
- Experience using database management concepts

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex.
On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.
Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
