Our client seeks a motivated and enthusiastic, Florida Panhandle-based sales professional (hunter) to join their growing team.
As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and key accounts within the building products market.
This person will play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand brand visibility, increase market share, and expand their customer base.
The role is tailor-made for a salesperson with strong "hunting" experience and willingness to regularly be in the field in front of potential and existing customers.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients, including architects, builders, contractors, etc.
- Use various prospecting methods to generate new leads, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Conduct in-person meetings to showcase the unique features and benefits of our client's products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry. Provide training on products and market changes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Experience & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B outside sales, preferably in the building products or construction industry.
Open to candidates with B2B field sales experience, generally.
- Must possess a hunter mentality.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed new business sales targets.
- Proficient in Salesforce and various prospecting / marketing tools.
