Role Overview :
Compensation : $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Your Responsibilities :
- Provide thoughtful, individualized therapy to adults, couples, and families, helping them navigate personal and relationship challenges.
- Develop treatment plans that respect each client’s unique experiences and strengths.
- Conduct regular therapy sessions in a safe and welcoming environment where clients can explore their emotions freely.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
- Maintain accurate records to support treatment outcomes and ensure seamless insurance processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMFT license in the state.
- Experience working with a variety of populations, including older adults, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
