Highway Lister Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Highway Lister to join our team and provide project coordination and customer interaction with change orders, data entry, estimates, and more.
The Highway Lister will use blueprints, engineering blueprints, plans, addenda, specs, and RFIs to create bar lists and deliverables for concrete, reinforced concrete, civil, fabrication, and installation projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create bar lists and deliverables for concrete, reinforced concrete, civil, fabrication, and installation projects.
- Provide project coordination and customer interaction with change orders, data entry, estimates, and more.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Ensure accuracy of all documents and data.
- Perform all tasks with the highest level of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required, two-year technical degree from an accredited school or college preferred.
- Must have experience with highway, municipal projects, and CRSI.
- Project coordinator / estimator experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
