Role Overview
The Acquisitions Sales Lead is a critical role within Simply Sell Real Estate, responsible for driving the acquisition side of our business.
This individual will be key in managing and closing sales leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our continued growth and success in the real estate market.
The role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work independently while aligning with our remote-first culture.
Please note that the majority of this role involves phone communication with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement : Promptly respond to incoming leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
- Pipeline Management : Oversee a robust pipeline of prospects, maintaining regular communication and ensuring all potential deals are effectively managed.
- Client Relations : Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers, acting as their main point of contact and providing expert guidance throughout the selling process.
- Deal Closure : Coordinate and conduct seller meetings, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets.
- CRM Utilization : Use Podio daily to organize tasks, track deal progress, and ensure that all leads are properly managed.
Use Asana for project and task management.
- Collaboration : Participate in team meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and staying updated on industry trends and company objectives.
- Administrative Tasks : Handle additional administrative responsibilities and special projects as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in business or sales roles, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to set and close appointments effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Podio and familiarity with marketing and lead management tools.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to accommodate client needs.
- A positive, results-driven attitude and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
