Located in Norfolk Virginia, Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health is a leading community partner providing acute, residential, and Partial Hospitalization treatment for children and teens exhibiting behavioral and / or mental health concerns.

Founded in , Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health is an 82-bed hospital facility accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC), and licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia and The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).

Position Summary : Provides recruiting and staffing services for assigned positions for multi-sites within a geographic location.

Sources, screens and interviews candidates. Performs the full life cycle of recruiting and maintains relationships with the hiring managers, candidates, and new hires.

Develops recruitment techniques, strategies and action plans to efficiently cover recruitment workload. Coordinates with the HR Directors at each location regarding recruitment initiatives, to include compensation for all prospective applicants.

Qualifications : Education : Associate's Degree with a minimum of 6 years experience in Human Resources. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years working within a Recruiting role;

preferably within a healthcare setting.
