• Salary range during the first year : $20-$24 per hour

Primary Job Functions & Activities :

• Achieve goals by reaching out to a specific number of individuals each week to initiate or advance life sales.
• Ensure the Agency Relationship process is followed consistently with all clients.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Client Requests : Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone, email, and text, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Personal Insurance Review : Serve as a trusted advisor by uncovering client needs, identifying gaps in coverage, and recommending solutions and discounts using a proven client relation process.
• Upsell / Prospecting : Implement upselling strategies to encourage existing clients to expand coverage and engage in active prospecting to discover new business opportunities.
• Agency Relationship Process : Ensure the Cisneros Agency Relationship Process is followed consistently.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to innovate, share knowledge, and support each other's growth.
