A rapidly growing energy consultancy specialising in energy procurement, solar, and EV solutions for businesses is seeking a Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of lead generation experience to join their team.
In this role, you'll focus on generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments , and securing Letters of Authority (LOAs) to drive growth in both the energy and renewable sectors .
Your key responsibilities will include managing a sales pipeline, achieving monthly KPIs , and keeping CRM records accurate and up-to-date.

Key responsibilities :
- Drive new business through cold calling, networking, social media and follow-up efforts
- Schedule sales appointments and secure Letters of Authority (LOAs)
- Consistently achieve monthly targets by prioritising high-quality lead generation
- Maintain organised records using their CRM system ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Communicate effectively with sales and support teams
- Delivering customer-focused solutions that go beyond expectations.

Skills and experience required :
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role (telesales, door to door, recruitment)
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and set appointments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills for managing a busy sales pipeline.
- Proficient in CRM systems and accurate data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Collaborative team player, able to work closely with sales and support teams.
- Desirable : Prior experience in the energy industry, with knowledge of energy procurement.
