Graphic Designer (Salary Negotiable)

Hogsalt is looking for a dedicated and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team! (Salary based on Experience)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support the Hogsalt marketing team with graphic design and social media needs.
• Utilize high-quality photography and video skills to lead or assist in editorial style content creation.
• Create beautiful, impactful, and on-brand creative content over a wide range of deliverables.
• Create and assist with social media copywriting and scheduling.
• Remain abreast of technological and industry advances to identify creative areas of opportunity and innovation.
• Work cross-functionally to execute company-wide launches, initiatives, and campaigns.
• Manage workflow in a timely, efficient manner utilizing G-Suite of products and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Actively participate in brainstorming, planning, and execution of all brand elements and materials.
• Keep assets in an organized fashion on the server, updating daily.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication / Design.
• Expert in Adobe Suite, including editing images in Lightroom.
• Preferred 5 years experience.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Proven ability to transform a strategy or concept into real-world solutions.
• Personable, professional, and proactive.
• Wednesday-Sunday schedule with possible off-hour coverage.
• Enjoy and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a majority in-person position (flexible two days remote), working from Hogsalt's office in River West.
