We’re seeking professionals who are eager to make a big impact in the lives of children and families affected by developmental disabilities and whose qualities match our core values of innovative service provision, collaborative and team oriented, and advocacy.
Responsibilities :
- Direct Service to Clients developed by BCBA
- Manage inappropriate behaviors through implementation of BIPs
- Facilitate interactions with peers, coworkers, and families both at home and in the community
- Attend all schedule meetings
- Accurately collect and record data on the child's progress throughout the session
- Keep current credentials active
- Communicate professionally with BCBAs, teachers, parents, administrative staff
General Professionalism :
- Be courteous & professional with families, organizations, and children
- Abide by confidentiality mandates
- Agree to a weekly schedule of therapy sessions and maintain good attendance.
- Attend regular company and team meetings.
- Collaborate with all members of the team, including BCBAs, other therapists, and family members of the client

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech / language, social work, or another related field.
- Experience working with children
- Ability to manage your time effectively
- Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Possess a driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- Have access to a working cell phone, and experience using IPAD
- Have Availability from 7am to 7pm
