Wellington International is seeking a Full-Time Director of Facilities Maintenance.
The following are some of the key responsibilities required to be successful at the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for overseeing and directing the Facilities Maintenance Operations by identifying requirements and forecasting resources.
- Responsible to lead the facilities personnel through assignments in following all policies and procedures of the Company.
- Responsible for the scheduling and time keeping of all facilities personnel.
- Provides oversight for minor construction projects, capital improvement projects, and daily repair tasks
- Assures timely completion of all tasks by providing direction to supervisors, technicians, and vendors
- Schedules work in a manner to be least disruptive to the staff and the public
- Responds to emergencies and minimizes risks throughout the facility
- Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guest, vendors and team members.
- Experienced time management, organization and prioritization abilities.
- Detail-oriented and efficient problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 50 pounds and comfortable standing or working for long.
- Proficiency with repair tools and techniques
