Job Title : Manufacturing Support Specialist
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include performing and documenting GxP and non-GxP equipment cleanings including incubators, water baths, and centrifuges.
You will monitor the supply of reagent and consumables for Laboratory Operations stock out program and assist with processing order requests using a web-based eProcurement system and SharePoint site.
You will receive reagents and consumables ordered through SharePoint site and deliver to designated lab staff / storage areas throughout the lab while providing updates on orders as needed to requestors.
You will prepare bulk reagent aliquots, buffers, cleaning reagents using aseptic technique and monitor stock levels. Additionally, you will assist EHS in maintaining a safe working environment, monitor operating processes for opportunities to increase efficiencies and participate in efforts to streamline current procedures.
You will also be responsible for elevating laboratory operating issues through appropriate channels and working with vendors to order supplies.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
You will be working in a small company with flexible first shift hours (9am-5pm) and will be directly reporting to the Supply Chain Director.
