Micro Tech is seeking a QA Technician on 2nd Shift to join our clients food manufacturing team. This is a Contract-Hire position, $21 / Hour.
Hours are Monday through Friday 2 : 00PM to 10 : 30PM
Job Duties :
- Perform hourly quality checks on product and document findings
- Ability to perform in process and final quality checks for products
- Ability to follow production schedule and make changeovers necessary with product packaging and shelf life requirements
- Follow FDA, GMP, HACCP and other food manufacturing safety protocol and document accordingly
- Clean and sanitize every shift and document
- Follow programs and procedures per company procedures
- Ensure that all documents are filled out daily
- Update the Quality Assurance Manual as necessary
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements :
- Must be able to train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience
- Bilingual preferred
