Your Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll drive revenue, build partnerships, and shape our go-to-market strategy. You’ll connect with potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.

Your insights and analysis will directly influence our sales strategy and ensure every process is optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales and Growth : Actively pursue new B2B business, close deals, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Be the Face of Laborjack : Represent Laborjack at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Strategize and Execute : Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • Own Your Domain : Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, refine strategies, and accelerate results.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in outbound sales and a proven track record in new business acquisition.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance analysis.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building sales functions in a fast paced environment.
  • Excitement about owning equity in a high-growth tech company.
