We're excited to announce a dynamic opportunity for a Contract LMS Program Manager to join our growing team! This role offers the flexibility and convenience of fully remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the United States.

Are you a passionate Learning Management System (LMS) expert looking to make a significant impact? As a LMS Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovative learning initiatives that empower our employees to reach their full potential.

You'll develop and implement strategic roll-out plans, collaborate with stakeholders to define learning requirements, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize our talent development programs.

The day-to-day

  • Maintain the Corporate LMS through regular reviews and process improvement initiatives, including release functionality.
  • Serve as the go-to person for resolving issues with the LMS & Talent Tools and providing ongoing support in partnership with the P&C systems team.
  • Manage third-party content providers being leveraged in the LMS.
  • Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders during learning content compliance reviews.
  • Remain current on new learning technologies in the marketplace.
  • Program Manage ad-hoc projects related to the use of Talent tools within the broader business to ensure continuity.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years managing and optimizing an LMS and other learning systems in a corporate environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Working experience with a dynamic LMS platform i.e. Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo etc.
  • Experience with Talent & Performance tools and systems.
  • Exceptional Project Management skills with experience in Monday.com, Miro, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Solid coordination skills and confident tackling multiple tasks at one time.
  • Enthusiastic team player and self-starter who can work cross-functionally and isn't frightened to take risks or try out new ways of doing things.
  • Flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
  • All In mentality that loves challenges and looks for creative solutions to get the job done.
  • Proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; comfortable handling the unexpected.
  • Ability to balance numerous projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven communicator with exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • US Citizenship.

What will help you on the job

  • Workday Learning LMS experience & pulse on future system capabilities.
  • Familiarity with third-party external learning providers.
  • Experience using Zoom or other virtual meeting tool.
  • Experience with one or more eLearning publishing software programs (Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
  • LSS or Agile certified.
  • PMP certified.

Salary range

$92,400.00 - $160,700.00 / annually

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional cash or stock incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
