Conquest Funds is looking for an experienced Loan Officer to join our team. T his is a remote position, but the candidate MUST reside in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area .

This position requires once monthly travel to Boston, MA for 3-4 days per month.

The ideal candidate would have experience in commercial lending and financial services. In addition to being able to generate new business and cultivate current business, the right candidate will also possess the desire to grow and lead our sales team to the next level.

The Loan Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to lending, underwriting, customer service, and collaborating with clients and team members.

We hand select and train each team member to ensure that they have extensive knowledge, experience and dedication to our company and our clients.

This is a commission focused position, but we do offer a base salary with draw options. The ideal candidate should be sales driven and easily self motivated.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation to ultimately drive sales and meet sales quotas
• Serve as primary contact for all business development and ongoing client management
• Manage sales functions of the business
• Customer service and account management tasks
• Evaluation of financial qualifications and assist in structuring loan terms alongside the loan committee
• Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics
• Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
• Generate New Business
• Expand Existing Business
• Hire and grow a team
• Engage in continuous training and coaching to enhance your skills and stay ahead in the industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or finance
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Competitive nature
• Resourceful and creative
• Ability to enter Beast Mode and get new business
