As leaders in outdoor air solutions, we specialize exclusively in commercial and residential units. If you're ready to elevate your HVAC career, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities : Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in recreational, commercial, and industrial settings.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency. Use your expertise to quickly identify and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For : Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
Experience with electrical meters, meggers, and measuring devices. Ability to create and utilize Technical Documents & Work Packages.
Skills in scheduling, reporting, and effectively communicating with customers and management. Experience connecting motors, compressors, temperature controls, and fans to power sources.
Capability to write clear condition reports and service orders detailing inspections and repair recommendations. Leadership skills to guide junior team members, with the ability to work independently when necessary.
High School diploma or GED (not mandatory). Universal EPA Certification (not mandatory). Five years of experience (not mandatory).
Completion of an apprenticeship program or military equivalent (not mandatory). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass background checks for TWIC & DBIDS access (not mandatory). Proficient in MS Office Suite. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (not mandatory).
License : EPA Universal Certified (preferred for experienced candidates). Additional Benefits : We cover the cost of materials.
