Event Project Manager
As the Project Manager of, Fulfillment Center you will be part of a high-growth tech company with a collaborative culture.
You will work with the Events team and other cross-functional partners to build a scalable and efficient fulfillment center (swag store) for the business including the platform build, stakeholder onboarding and store management.

- Experience with event technology and swag
- Building out a fulfillment platform
- 3 years of project management experience
Outcomes
- Partnership with cross-functional global teams, marketing and other stakeholders to build a comprehensive roadmap for project strategies, timelines, and expectations
- Scalable and repeatable processes / templates / kits for global project deployment
- Optimize the fulfillment center based on year over year stakeholder feedback, survey data, business objectives, and other analysis
- Comprehensive internal communications across the business (workstream project management, executive briefs, broad employee comms, etc.)
- Utilization of the best platform technology, materials, and systems to take the fulfillment center to the next level
Competencies
- 5 or more years of project management experience in a B2B enterprise software company
- Highly skilled with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), and technology literate
- Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Efficient and effective meeting management skills
- Must be metrics driven and be a strong analytical thinker
- Experience building out a fulfillment or swag store.
