Responsibilities :

As a Concrete Formsetter / Finisher, you’ll play a crucial role in our projects. Your responsibilities will include :

• Set Up : Creating and setting up forms for concrete pouring, grading, placing reinforcement and expansion joints.
• Concrete Placement : Placing and finishing concrete to meet blueprint specifications.
• Finishing Touches : Applying decorative finishes, including stamping, exposed aggregates, stains, colors, and sealants to protect the concrete.
• Collaboration : Working alongside other construction experts to construct various concrete structures.
• Safety First : Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
• Problem-Solving : Addressing imperfections, repairing surfaces, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Team Collaboration : Coordinating with crew members, project managers, and concrete suppliers.

Requirements :

To excel in this role, you’ll need :

• Experience : Proven work experience as a Concrete Formsetter / Finisher.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in setting forms, using hand and power tools, floats, trowels, and other finishing equipment.
• Attention to Detail : Ensuring surfaces are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Safety Mindset : Prioritizing safety at all times.
• Experience : Proven work experience as a Concrete Formsetter.
• Precision : An eye for detail and the ability to follow specifications.
