Primary Duties for Office Manager : :
Ensure the smooth operation of all front desk activities at Leavenworth Office (Kaaz Building). This includes staffing, scheduling, data entry, filing, managing telephone / electronic communications, client care navigation, and medical records.
2. Demonstrate and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and to complete job metrics in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
3. Ensure that direct reports receive appropriate training and cross-training to perform their duties and receive assistance in mastering new requirements.
4. Provide regular staff supervision and host team meetings.
5. Develop Job Aids, Workflows, Procedures, Quick Reference Guides, and related
documents for direct reports and in collaboration with other departments as needed.
6. Coordinate with Leadership at other Leavenworth service sites (including but not limited to Guiding Lights Crisis Center, outplaced clinicians (Leavenworth County Schools, Interfaith Community of Hope) to facilitate accurate and timely collection and entry of client information, financials, and fee agreements.
Minimum Qualifications for Office Manager : :
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE :
High school education required; some college education preferred.
EXPERIENCE :
Required : Five years' experience in office administration and supervision / training of other staff. Prior experience in a health care or similar setting.
