A leading healthcare organization in Visalia is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team.
- Start Date : As soon as possible
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday
- Hours : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, with the possibility to work extended hours as needed
Responsibilities :
The Physical Therapist (PT) will :
- Evaluate and assess participants to determine mobility levels, physical conditions, and functional abilities.
- Provide and recommend therapeutic exercises, gait training, ambulation, and other related therapies.
- Plan and develop individual and group exercise programs for maintenance therapy for participants.
- Develop and oversee functional maintenance programs.
- Communicate data and information to the primary care staff and other Interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications :
- Licensed Physical Therapist in CA
- CPR / BLS Certification
- CA driver's license
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy if obtained prior to the year 2000; Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy if obtained after the year 2000
