Our Kelly Education Project Manager is accountable for :

• Orchestrating and overseeing projects that drive the strategic initiatives of Kelly Education
• Defining project scopes, setting objectives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Developing detailed project plans, establishing timelines, allocating resources, creating effective change management protocols, and setting milestones
• Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards
• Serving as the main liaison between the project team and Education’s senior leadership, providing regular updates and insights on project status

Essential Skills :

• Proven experience in planning, execution, risk management, cost management, and quality management
• Strong understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Competent and proficient understanding of technology platforms and systems
• A positive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, drive projects to completion to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must be a critical strategic thinker, who is able to formulate effective strategic direction and plans to drive overall business direction and reach company objectives

Seeking a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management. project management tools, agile and waterfall methodologies, risk management and mitigation, stakeholder management and communication, and change management.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required. This is a virtual role anywhere in the USA. Ability to work 9am-5pm Eastern Time Zone hours required.
