Plans, designs, provides and evaluates quality wellness services, especially nutritional services, to improve the health and well-being at worksites and the communities served by ProMedica.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plans, develops, and provides high quality, effective wellness nutritional services, including : lectures, demonstrations, lunch and learns, and media presentations.
Designs and implements program / service evaluation tools. Reviews program evaluations and redesigns services based on results.
- Provides wellness counseling on health risk assessment and biometric screenings results. Provides patient instructions on appropriate practices to follow.
- Investigates and assists in the implementation of nutritional wellness best practices.
- Serves as a role model for wellness by participating in employee wellness program activities and demonstrating positive health behaviors.
- Provides wellness coaching, as trained.
- Performs other job duties, as assigned
Job Requirements
Education : Must have a Bachelor's Degree
Skills : Must be trained in CPR and First Aid, Public speaking skills, Computer skills : competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
Years of Experience : One year of experience preferred.
License : Must be Licensed in the State of Ohio and maintain National Registration.
