Program management experience using a formal methodology
including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
- At least Years of as a Project / program Manager
- Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality,
organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management
Facilitate, attend, scribe, and distribute minutes for project meetings
as well as proactive follow up on action items
Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering
stakeholder responses and needs, monitoring project scope and
watching for potential roadblocks
Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers
experienced by Team
Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required
stakeholders
Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize
effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and
roles; works well under pressure
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to
present ideas clearly and concisely

Program Manager Deliverables
RTCDP Real Time Customer Data Platform Implementation Responsibilities
Communication and coordination
a. Coordinate resources and communicate effectively to team
members and stakeholders
b. Collect, organize, and communicate program and project
information with stakeholders and project team members
Managing and updating the RTCDP project(s) in Workfront and
coordinating with other teams in Jira epics / stories
a. Ensuring project plan is maintained daily as well as proactive
follow-up on tasks and risks
Agenda for meetings, with action items and summary sent after
meetings and proactive deadline follow up.
- Regular cadence of 'grooming' calls or similar function calls
- Attendance to RTCDP meetings
- Coordination with Accenture
- Participation in Teams & Slack
- SharePoint site kept up to date with project and enablement
documentation
Recordings uploaded to the RTCDP SharePoint
updates provided to the exec steer cos, project teams, and
stakeholders
Working with Change Managers to ensure we have a communication
and enablement plan well laid out and delivered for our stakeholders
Generic Responsibilities
Plugging into the GMOT (Global Marketing Operations & Technology)
TMO (Transformation Office) team to :
a. Follow project intake, project planning, project execution, project
close processes in WF
b. Updating the monthly MM&O (Marketing Measurement &
Operations) status report
c. Updating the quarterly DX Leadership status deck
d. Joining the weekly TMO team meetings and participating in any
TMO projects
Helping the TMO team to create / update the MM&O SharePoint site for
our stakeholders . Attending the bi-weekly GMOT portfolio review calls and providing
necessary updates for assigned projects
