As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a central role in ensuring guests receive delicious, properly prepared food in a clean and safe environment.

It's essential that this individual is attentive to detail and places a high value on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly for an independent Owner / Operator and gain valuable life experience that goes beyond preparing great food in a friendly environment.

Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities :

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations and their assignments
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements :

• At least 14 years of age upon hire date
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Customer service oriented
• Consistent and reliable
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work well and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Reliable source of transportation
• Able to lift and carry 25 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time
