Job Description :
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver at Caring Hands Staffing Solutions, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community.
Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation).
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and document client progress and activities.
Qualifications :
- Must be a U.S. citizen (no sponsorship available).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including lifting and transferring clients.
