Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic finance team
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our accounting department
Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support in various accounts payable tasks, fostering an environment of precision and compliance.
Responsibilities :
- Perform day-to-day accounting administration tasks, including data entry, managing the distribution of invoices to proper team members, and the review of accounts payable statements
- Support the preparation and distribution of financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain and update financial records and databases regularly
- Assist in organizing financial documents, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors and clients to resolve inquiries related to accounting matters
- Engage in general administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the accounting department
Qualifications :
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related roles is a huge plus, but not required!
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external parties
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to take ownership of tasks and embrace new challenges

Compensation :
This is a W2 hourly paid position, the ideal compensation range is $21-$23 / hr
