The Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to provide financial management support for the Department of Psychology.

The Business Manager II will serve as the primary financial consultant to department head and faculty, manage complex funding sources, and oversee all business / administrative assistance and financial functions such as : budget preparation, budget reconciliation, data management, transaction review and control, financial reporting, and research administration.

Responsibilities

Financial & Budget Management :

• Oversees, manages, and reports on financial activities, transactions, and policies / procedures.
• Performs or oversees budget preparation, budget reconciliation, data management, and fiscal information support.
• Creates and maintains a comprehensive set of dashboard Excel reports that offer up-to-date insights into key financial metrics.
• Tracks contracts in support of student clinical experiences and proactively works to establish new contracts as needed.
• Reconciles and reviews financial statements to ensure accuracy in a timely manner.
