The Managing Partner is accountable for all aspects of the business and its operations. They use their drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieve results that meet and exceed established volume, revenue, and profitability goals.

What We Will Provide
- $80,000 Guarantee including : Base Salary & Bonus Program!
- All travel accommodations and expenses are covered. Travel to our locations in some of the most beautiful parts of the country!
- Gather extensive training and experience in the Car Wash Industry, and work towards earning a full-time permanent Managing Partner position.
A Tidal Wave Managing Partner averages $100k+ annually!
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Lead a team of 8-14 employees and create a fun & safe work environment.
- Demonstrate support by communicating Tidal Wave’s values and culture, while promoting and training all team members on Tidal Wave’s standards and procedures.
- Perform limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, parking lot, and equipment rooms.
What You Will Need
- 3+ Years of Customer & Team Facing Leadership Experience Required.
- Full-Time Travel and Relocatable Capability Required.
- A Fun and Positive Attitude!
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- A willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty.
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Background Check & Drug Screen
Annual Salary
Tidal Wave Site Leader Average Annual Income :
- Year 1 : $80,000+
- Year 2 : $100,000+
- Year 3 : $120,000+
- The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
Factors include, but are not limited to, Tidal Wave's 80k Guarantee, Profit Sharing Program, and Milestone Bonuses.
