Senior Accountant

A Top CPA firm in the area is looking to add an experienced Senior Accountant to their team. This stable and growing firm offers clients a competitive base salary, benefits, and a great group of mentors.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities :

• Understand detailed accounting concepts
• Understand & enjoy Accounting, Tax, & Auditing
• Perform related Tax and Accounting research
• Management of staff workload and engagements
• Communicate with auditors and other external organizations
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Prepping / reviewing 1065, 1120, 1040, 1041, and related consulting
• Perform data entry into accounting systems
• Provide financial support to projects
• Perform cost accounting
• Prepare financial statements., Maintain and monitor the accounting system

Qualifications :

• BS / BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree
• Accounting : 3 years (Preferred)
• Tax : 3 years (Preferred)
• Audit 3 years (Preferred)
• Previous experience in Public Accounting (Required)

License / Certification :

• CPA License
• Enrolled Agent
