What you’ll do

OurPart-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best.

While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes;

sales associateswill alsoparticipate in visual merchandising andmaintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Cash Wrap / Cashier : use our modernstore technology (ie : POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online;

deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services

• Maintainmaurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow / Shipping and Receiving : support the shipment process to gain awareness of product,what’s new and what’s already on the floor;

contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up

Position Requirements :

• at least 16 years of age
• a willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal / Achievement oriented
• Sometechnical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
