HX5 is currently seeking a System Support Representative to support the team at Buckley Space Force Base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware / software configuration management and control of other mission planning spectrum applications.
• Install MPE upgrades and aid in disposition of equipment.
• Define, implement, and maintain procedures and practices for loading new or updated mission planning data
• Analyze software, hardware, and system problems found by the user to provide problem identification, duplication and testing, resolution, and tracking until a resolution is determined.
• Set-up, configure and ensure proper functionality of an MPE in support of exercises, daily operational training missions, deployments and real-world contingencies, as directed.
• Travel to worldwide locations to establish operational mission planning systems in locations with little or no SSR support
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and client personnel.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or five (5) years of relevant work experience may be substituted for degree.
• Minimum of DoD8570 Level IAT Level II Certification within 6 months from date of hire

This position is expected to pay up to $87,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements :

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
