Our client is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide support in the Chattanooga area. IMMEDIATE STARTS
DESCRIPTION :
- Will develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Support
- Plans staff instructions, and crisis plans.
- Follow the Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF / IID)State Operations Manual for providing behavior services to Individual with Intellectual Disabilities residing in ICF / IID homes.
- Coordinate care of the individual with psychiatrists, general practitioners, and other team members. This may include outside appointments with individuals.
- Attend COS / ISP meetings.
- Provide training to all staff providing services to individuals residing in ICF / IID homes. This training includes methods of data collection, behavior analysis principles, implementation of staff instructions, crisis plans, and Behavior Support Plans.
- Provide ongoing assistance and consultation for behavior support as needed
- On-call and weekends required.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA, TN DIDD Approved BA
- TN Licensed BCBA
