Duties :

- Assisting senior attorneys in transactional tax matters.
- Collaborating closely with securities and finance lawyers within the firm.
- Engaging with investment bankers, financial advisors, and government officials on tax-related issues nationwide.
Requirements :
- Admitted to practice law in the state.
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience in tax law.
- Strong understanding of transactional tax principles.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Any relevant tax certifications are advantageous.
Skills :
- Proficiency in utilizing legal research tools and databases.
