They should have basic understanding of LAN / WAN networking and how VOIP relies on it.
Design / maintain VOIP architecture.
Install VOIP hardware.
Troubleshooting voice issues.
Requirements :
Needs Cisco experience.
Oversees 8 devices.
Leading other Jr. Members (3).
Cert : CCNA.
Expert knowledge of Cisco IP telephony solutions.
Cisco ATA.
Analog.
Highly organized.
Good Documentation.
Good customer communication.
The candidate should have in depth knowledge of Cisco Call Manager / Cisco Technologies.
Problem solving ability will be crucial to this role.
Education : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Skills Required : CCNA.
