Our client is a technology company. They seek an Assistant Controller to join their Stamford, CT office.

Responsibilities
- Handle the monthly reporting of consolidated results including internal metric reporting
- Prepare consolidated cash flow statement including analysis of all supporting transactions
- Support the monthly forecasting and the annual planning process for corporate departments
- Review business unit balance sheets, key financial metrics, and finance policy compliance
- Assess Press Release and SEC filing data including working with corporate department leaders
- Work with third-party pension / benefit providers to ensure proper recording of expenses
- Manage significant areas of corporate accounting including acquisitions and dispositions
- Oversee and run Corporate GL system, Dynamics, and consolidation system, HFM
- Lead the Corporate accounting team including Accounts Payable and General Accounting
- Coordinate statutory audits related to the corporate holding companies
Requirements
- 10+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Public company background preferred
- Global experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent management skills
- Strong drive and ability to establish best practices
- CPA strongly preferred
- Skilled in Hyperion and Dynamics
