Seeking an extraordinary therapist for a rapidly growing business! Pay based on experience! This business has a history of strong ethical practice and we are looking to expand even larger! Therapist must be licensed with a strong work ethic and experience.
Job summary : Looking for a fully licensed or intern counselor / therapist to provide individual, couples, and / or family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
Conduct assessments to determine eligibility for treatment. Applicants MUST hold a current Nevada license as a (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or licensed intern)
Summary of essential job functions
- Provide Mental Health Assessments (including Summary and Treatment Plan)
- Provide CASII / LOCUS Screens
- Evaluate and assess the needs of assigned clients
- Provide individual, couples, family and / or group therapy
- Daily Progress Notes
- Collect all pertinent information including demographic history, history of presenting problem, family background, testing evaluations, medical evaluations, etc.
as indicated for ongoing treatment. *Complete all required documentation in accordance with Medicaid and HIPPA policies and procedures.
Meet all training requirements of Medicaid, state board licensure, and all regulatory authorities. *Other related duties as assigned.

- Must have NPI number
- Must be enrolled with Nevada Medicaid
- Spanish Speaking is a plus*
