Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to wireless services and products.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of wireless devices and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate with team members to facilitate the resolution of complex issues.
- Work closely with customers to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and generate new business leads.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest industry technologies, trends, and practices to assist customers effectively.
- Conduct wireless product demonstrations to educate customers on product usage and benefits.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to wireless services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while performing daily tasks.
Requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle challenging situations.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Open availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a working vehicle.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and technology used for documentation and customer support.
- Capability to perform tasks in high-pressure environments while maintaining precision and accuracy.
