Our Residential Treatment Center (RTC) staff in Eden Prairie and our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) staff in Uptown Minneapolis understand the issues the LGBTQIA+ community face, and our mission is to give clients the tools needed for addiction and mental health recovery.

Pride Institute is seeking a Director of Marketing / Business Development. The Director of Business Development oversees the provision of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department.

The Director of Business Development is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods.

As a member of the facility management team, the Director of Business Development is actively involved in strategic planning, sales and marketing management, identification of potential growth opportunities, future projects, changing in programing / protocols, recruitment and retention.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. Masters of Business Administration or related field highly preferred.
  • Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree. Prior marketing and / or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Five years minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.

  • A valid Driver’s License is required.
  • Additional Requirements : Knows and understands Minnesota Statutes Chapters 245G, 260E (Child Maltreatment), and 245A, 626.

557 and 626.5572 (Vulnerable Adults). Thorough knowledge of CARF, state and federal regulatory requirements.
