Job Description

Insight Global will provide a team of engineers to complete application packaging, wrapping, and testing services to Insight Globals customer for all in-scope customer applications as a managed service.

Insight global will validate those requirements for gathering, packaging, wrapper creation, and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) with the customer to facilitate the processes.

We will ensure they align with the customer's policies and processes for all Application Packaging steps. The service will utilize the customer's Windows / Mac Installer technologies and Customer deployment technologies and / or tools, such as the Software Delivery Website (SDW) tool, to create .

msi-file-based deployable applications, including wrappers, for use by the customer in its business environment.

Responsibilities :

Review and process requests in Assigned status for requirement gathering.

Take ownership of assigned requests and manage them through the requirement-gathering process.

Establish an organizational structure for requirement-gathering documentation, including folder and document creation.

Initiate and maintain requirement-gathering documents in designated repositories.

Validate and assess source files provided by stakeholders.

Document gathered requirements accurately and comprehensively.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.

Facilitate smooth handoff of requirements documentation to appropriate teams for further action.

Note : Requirement-gathering documentation is securely stored for future reference and organizational knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, or a related field.

Familiarity with requirement management processes and tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented approach to documentation and analysis.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
