Nashville, TennesseeJob DescriptionPillsbury, a leading international law firm with particular focus on the technology, media & telecoms;

energy; financial; life sciences & digital health; and real estate & construction sectors, is seeking a dedicated Social Media Coordinator to oversee and evolve the firm's presence and brand on various social networks and other digital channels.

Working closely with the Senior Director of Content Strategy and Senior Manager of Marketing Content, this individual will be responsible for implementing firm social media strategy and provide day-to-day oversight of Pillsbury's presence and activity on relevant social platforms.

They will also play a central role in efforts to drive social media adoption and engagement among individual lawyers and professionals across the firm.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as resident social media expert, posting to firm social media accounts across key platforms-with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn-and engaging with firm audiences.

Creation and ongoing management of a social media editorial calendar for the firm's primary social media accounts to ensure a consistent pipeline of content.

Close coordination with the firm's PR team to monitor and leverage noteworthy developments and spot potential reputational issues early.

Formulation and execution of dynamic content for social media posts, including creation of custom images, infographics, video assets, audio clips and other creative deployments.

Under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Marketing Content, management of social media aspects of marketing campaigns aligned with key practice areas and initiatives.

Tracking of developing social media trends, with an eye on opportunities to apply them to the marketing needs and objectives of a leading international law firm.

Continuous contribution of new ideas and suggestions, including recommendations for ways to augment firm insights, lawyer presentations, video and virtual programs, and email campaigns using social media.

Facilitation of individual attorneys' social media activity, via provision of profile enhancement ideas, 1-to-1 support and improvements to existing employee advocacy programs.

Understanding of social media KPIs and an ability to quantify and contextualize related data points.Required Education, Knowledge and ExperienceBachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a similar fieldMinimum of 2 years' experience in a social media marketing role, preferably in a large corporate environment.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, best practices. and how it can support multichannel marketing campaigns (work samples will be required)Understanding of target audience segments and how to effectively reach them through organic and paid social media campaigns.

Technical proficiency, including experience with monitoring tools and platforms for developing social media assets (graphic / video / audio).

Required Skills and AbilitiesAbility to ideate and execute creative approaches to social media branding, balancing a marketing mindset with appropriate discretion in connection with sensitive topics.

Ability to interpret complex subject matter and multifaceted content and identify compelling themes, quotes, soundbites, etc.

to highlight in attention-grabbing social media posts.Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.

Ability to develop, schedule, execute and monitor social media campaigns independently and consistently.Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
