KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Hardware installation at customer locations in the region.
- Customer support (remote or physical on-site troubleshooting).
- Partner with senior management and team members on day-to-day tasks.
- Visiting customers to ensure customer success & happiness
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and technical support related to equipment or software requirements on a case-by-case basis
- Work with assisting other team members within partner startups / companies for equipment maintenance and setup.
- Speak with customers for any technical or general software-related queries, training support to assist with going live, and follow up to check in once onboarding is completed. for support.
- Proper communication converse in a confident and effective manner with clarity. Ensure proper communication with the team i.
e. Collaborate effectively with the team and use slack as the main channel to communicate
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Have the initiative to identify what needs to be done and take action
- Build customer profiles, gather data, and keep track of interactions throughout the lifecycle of engagement
- Troubleshoot using various channels of accessibility : Remote control tools, Hardware management portals, CMS
- Make and answer calls, follow up with clients, greet guests, daily engagement (on an as-needed basis) to ensure customer happiness following go-live and during the customer's lifetime.
- Plan and assist with application deployments upon new version rolls outs, it's important to keep track of which version clients are running on out of the available versions to provide the support needed
- Document customer helpdesk content in the format of : How-to Articles, FAQs, Training Guides, Video Tutorials
- Staying aware and on-trend with the competitor strategies
- Managing customer expectations and ensuring customer happiness
- Keeping up-to-date with new features and documentation updates
- Building better practices for customer support
- Hardware installation and Software deployment at customer locations
- Manage and execute customer support outreach via Live Chat (online bot), Ticketing System, Email correspondences, Phone Calls, On-Site Visits, and Any other means of communication brought in for customer support

REQUIREMENTS :
- Technical support and hardware installation knowledge.
- Basic proficiency in all common office technology and general computer savviness.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Basecamp, TimeDoctor, and Google Drive.
- Ability to communicate and maintain confidentiality with high-profile personalities in a professional manner.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work in the evenings or weekends on a case by case basis.
A PLUS IF YOU HAVE :
- Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!).
- Experience working in a virtual wfh environment and with a virtual team.
- Self-starter attitude with an ability to work independently.
- Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and negotiate.
