QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience required
- Self-motivated and driven
- Own vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales goals
- Comfortable with ladder work and heights
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate roofing sales through various networking and prospecting channels
- Conduct thorough roof and exterior inspections, documenting damage
- Educate prospects on damage assessment, insurance restoration processes, and our services
- Present findings and close roof agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds
- Coordinate with the production team to initiate roofing and construction projects
- Provide customer support during projects and promote services to neighbors
- Complete necessary paperwork related to the insurance process
- Attend regular sales meetings
