• Oversee comprehensive hiring processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, while also administering employee benefits effectively.
• Demonstrate exceptional multitasking and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts to attract top talent, utilizing various platforms and strategies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Facilitate new employee orientation programs to onboard new hires effectively, fostering a positive introduction to company culture and operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by overseeing the development, implementation, and updating of employee manuals.
• Manage payroll processing efficiently using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payroll disbursement
• Investigate and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
• Proficiently manage the timeclock system to monitor employee attendance and streamline time-tracking processes.
