Addison Group has an immediate opening for a Recruiter. In this role you will be overseeing all recruitment for 4 manufacturing sites and 1 corporate location, you will conduct onboarding and new hire orientation, and assist supervisors in the interviewing and hiring process.
Candidates must be open to working fully in office Monday-Friday, with an 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM schedule, with the ability to work from home 1 day per week.
Must have :
- 2+ years of HRG / Recruiting experience
- Advanced Excel - V Look Ups, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Mixture of manufacturing, distribution, warehouse and corporate level recruiting
- Bilingual preferred
- ADP experience is a plus
