488.7104 FULL DESCRIPTION : The Accounting Clerk will assist both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with overflow and administrative tasks, billing, credit card expenses and any additional accounting or office duties that would come up.
The selected candidate will be responsible for : -Experience with accounting including AR, AP, Bank Reconciliations and light Collections-Assist with month end close-Assist with Billing and other duties requested-Assist with Payroll through Paychex (will train)-Reconcile credit cards-Help with some payroll, timecards and documenting time off when needed-Pleasant demeanor and work well with a team The selected candidate will also possess : -Minimum 3+ years in accounting-Proficient in Microsoft Office , EXCEL, and Outlook -Strong communications skills both verbal and written -Ability to follow through with details and document changes as requested-Ideal candidate will be organized and detail oriented with exceptional multitasking skills-Must be reliable and punctual Salary Range : $23-$26 / hr For immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to sgriner@ or call 424.
