Join our team at Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services, where we're hiring dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and individuals eager to start their careers in the field of ABA!
Our team is expanding, and we're excited to offer opportunities to both experienced RBTs and ABA newcomers who are passionate about working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities.
This role is ideal for you if you have experience working with children (babysitting, nannying etc.) or have completed related coursework in fields like psychology, nursing, education, or similar disciplines.
For those new to ABA, we provide the full 40-hour RBT training course and pay an hourly training rate as you complete the 40 hour requirements needed for certification.
What we offer :
- Pay range : $25-$35 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
- Flexible schedules : Ideal hours are 3-8 pm Monday through Friday, with opportunities to work on Saturdays.
- Ongoing training : We believe in supporting professional growth and offer both initial and continuous paid training.
- Supervision opportunities : For certified RBTs, we offer supervision hours under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Position Overview :
- Deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to help children reach developmental milestones and succeed in daily life.
- Follow behavior intervention plans formulated by Board Certified Behavior Analysts to reduce behavior excesses ( may include hitting, bitting, kicking etc.
that inhibit the client's safety and / or independence
- Support and coach families, equipping them with tools and techniques to create meaningful change at home.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to implement tailored behavioral strategies and ensure comprehensive care.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make informed decisions that drive positive outcomes.
