Do you have a keen eye for detail and the organizational prowess of a legal eagle? A regional AV-rated law firm seeks an exceptional Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join their Richmond, VA team.

Responsibilities :
- Case Management Wizard : Assist in managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense cases, ensuring every detail is accounted for and deadlines are met
- Research Guru : Conduct thorough legal research, and gather and analyze relevant case law, statutes, and regulations to support defense strategies.
- Document Dynamo : Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with impeccable accuracy.
- Discovery Ace : Assist in the discovery process, including the preparation and review of interrogatories, requests for production, and deposition summaries.
- Client Liaison : Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
- Trial Prep Pro : Prepare trial exhibits, assist in organizing trial materials, and provide support during trial proceedings.
Requirements :
- Experience : 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation or related legal fields.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
- Analytical Skills : Strong proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case analysis.
- Organizational Mastery : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy : Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Worldox & Tabs3 a PLUS!
