The JD Sports North America Application Solutions Group powers the expansion of JD's digital retail operations through building and delivering industry-leading connected customer experiences across all customer touchpoints.
The VP of Digital Delivery leads the group that drives innovation within the JD Finish Line digital customer-facing experience across our websites, mobile applications and in-store digital.
This leader drives the product vision, product prioritization and roadmapping process, and facilitates alignment across senior leadership stakeholders including business operations, marketing, design, and brand loyalty.
They serve as the lead for our Product Management, User Experience Research and Design and Engineering practices and teams.
Most importantly, this role is responsible for growing performance and talent within the team to successfully execute against our strategic plan.

Leads Product Management, UX Research & Design, and Engineering teams with responsibilities including hiring, team development and performance management
Works with senior leadership to align on organizational outcomes that can be leveraged to develop clear goals and success metrics in partnership between stakeholders and product management
Creates and cultivates cross-functional relationships with departments across the company, including Digital Operations, Retail Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Brand, Creative, Legal, and Human Resources to understand needs and rally organizational support for initiatives
Establishes the process to facilitate opportunity generation and intake, evaluation, and prioritization that results in a refined communication of product strategy and roadmap across the organization
Works with leaders across all IT functions to identify optimal work sequencing to managing capacity, dependencies and roadblocks for cross-functional initiatives
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key vendor partners to ensure successful integrations, including involvement in regular business reviews and contract negotiations
Leverages views of enterprise data to understand strategic opportunities and other insights to guide product & feature development and delivery
Assists in organizing and running regular strategic workshops with other product leaders and business partners
Monitors emerging trends and practices across ecommerce retail, product, engineering and technology spaces to identify, assess and implement new opportunities
Additional duties and projects as required.
Required Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in business or computer-related field from a four-year college or university and 7 - 10 years of experience overseeing the development, implementation, and performance of digital products, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Internal JD Finish Line experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in a startup or change-management environment. Background in project or product management, including the use and optimization of product management tools such as Jira (or related project tracking applications).
Demonstrated success managing project budgets, timelines and resources. Experience working within an Agile development environment.
Required Computer and / or Technical Skills
Should have fluent knowledge and abilities with G Suite toolset or Microsoft equivalents. Strong appreciation for Cloud based (and SaaS) applications.
Business level understanding of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML, SOAP / REST / WEB services.
